​Thai Yoga Bodywork is a therapeutic blend of compression and stretching that releases tension and stress accumulated in the body. Some have called it "lazy man's yoga", as you are taken through passive stretches while remaining completeing relaxed. You rest on a thick supportive mat on the floor and remain clothed.
In just a short session, Thai Bodywork will recharge your body and leave you feeling lengthened, relaxed and stretched, without any effort on your part! A 90 minute session will give you a full body experience getting to all areas of your body extensively. Really indulge with a full 2-hr session.
